Payment Options and Billing Information
AWS accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards at www.insyteprotect.com. If a customer does not have a credit card, AWS also accepts payment by PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website and may choose to create or login to your PayPal account. Select which debit/credit card/PayPal balance account to use for payment and confirm the transaction. Once completed, you will be redirected back to www.insyteprotect.com, and you will receive an email with an order confirmation. AWS accepts postal money orders and personal or business checks that are endorsed as certified by a bank. When you make a purchase from our website, your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from Advanced Warning Systems, LLC. A manual verification process occurs including:
- The order is verified and charged by our merchant gateway credit card manager. The AWS Warehouse is notified with a pending shipping note.
- If the information supplied by the customer does not satisfy the merchant, a payment-declined email notice will be sent to the customer with the option to update the payment method.
- The AWS Warehouse will verify shipping address and notify the customer by email with shipping date, tracking number, and anticipated date of delivery.
Please note the above applies to cross state orders (e.g.: shipping from New York to California); all deliveries to Arizona addresses will be automatically charged the applicable Arizona state tax.
This process is in place for fraud prevention purposes, and is strictly advised by the credit card merchant practices. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. This ensures that both you and AWS are protected from fraudulent activities. We ship only to the billing address of the cardholder or to a verified shipping address. The verified shipping address is the address on file from your credit card company or a manually verified address by AWS after the order is placed. If the information you provide us does not match, we will not process your order. If an order is placed where the shipping and billing address do not match we will put the order on hold for manual verification. The lead-time for this process can take up to 5 business days from the time the order was placed. AWS will currently not ship outside of the USA or knowingly accept orders from outside the USA.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders ship within 1 business day provided the products are in stock. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order has been placed. This is not your shipping notice. We will email you a second time with a shipping notice/invoice to let you know that your order has been dispatched from our Warehouse. We invite you to log into your account online anytime to view the status of all of your orders. Orders that have an incomplete or invalid shipping address may be delayed. AWS will attempt to contact customers for an update on the shipping address. Orders that require manual billing or shipping address verification will be delayed until a proper billing confirmation document is provided.
Our goal is to provide you with quick and efficient delivery through use of the USPS Priority Flat Rate with expected delivery in 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email from the AWS Warehouse with shipping date, tracking number, and anticipated date of delivery for your purchase. On rare occasions packages that are sent out by the USPS can take a bit longer than the average delivery times to be delivered. If a package has been shipped and it has not arrived within the average delivery time period, please verify your tracking information at usps.com. If you have not received your package after the allotted time has elapsed please contact us via email sent to: support@localhost. Please include your full name, complete shipping address, and order number. A phone number, if provided, will allow us to personally contact you to resolve any issues on a more personal basis. Rejected packages and packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address will be returned to AWS. The order will be considered cancelled. Refunds are issued and posted within 5-7 business days from the date of such return.
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by contacting us via email sent to: support@localhost. Please be sure to include your full name and order number in your cancellation request. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been charged and shipped. We will do our very best to cancel order requests that are made. All cancellation requests will be confirmed by a return email from the AWS Warehouse.
Money Back Guarantee
AWS guarantees your satisfaction with all of the merchandise that we sell. You may return any item in its original packaging provided that the product is not damaged or abused when you are trying and testing it for your use. You may return the product for any reason within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery (some conditions may apply to certain products). The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. The Money Back Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from www.insyteprotect.com. There will be no restocking fees charged to returned merchandise within the 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
All defective products will be repaired or replaced with the equivalent or better product than was originally purchased. Products that are discontinued, sold out, or out of stock (more than 15 days), will be upgraded to the next equivalent model. This will be a free upgrade; there will be no additional charge to the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for backing up data that is stored on your devices. AWS is not responsible for transferring data on replacements.
Please begin by creating a return ticket by contacting us via email sent to: support@localhost. Please state your name, order number, and items that you wish to return. Also, include the reason for the return. You will receive an email response with the 8 digit code starting with 7XXXXXXX. Put your 8 digit Return Authorization Code (RAC) on each package that you mail back to AWS. Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization Code can experience an extended delay in processing.
Be sure to secure your items when packaging, to protect the items. Your package must include all original packing materials and paperwork. Poorly packaged items will not be accepted. Send the return package to:

Refunds are issued back to the credit card that was used to place the original order. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed.
